Every handle is wrapped in real rope, one tight turn at a time — the way Ray rigged lines for twenty-five years. A machine winds it loose; his hands pull it tight.
A food-safe 304 stainless-steel liner sits inside the cast body and lifts right out. Rinses clean in a second — the sculpted shell never touches the sink.
Anchor, ship’s wheel, flag and rivets are raised straight out of the body and hand-finished with a blue-and-bronze patina that reads like weathered ship’s metal.
A wide, low, weighted base built to sit solid on a workbench, a desk, or a tailgate — not to be babied on a shelf. It doesn’t tip.
Keeps coffee hot through a slow morning and a cold drink cold on a July afternoon. Roughly 18–20 oz — a full, honest pour.
