Darlene's Handcrafted Solar Lights

My daughter got me these for Mother's Day and I honestly almost cried. I went outside at like 8:30 just to check if they actually turn on by themselves and THEY DO. Just sitting there glowing like little magic bugs in my garden. I stood there for 10 minutes just staring. My neighbor Barb came over the next morning asking where I got them 😂 Best gift I've gotten in years. Already ordered a set for my sister.

OK so my kids know I'm obsessed with bees. I have bee kitchen towels, bee mugs, the whole thing. But when I opened this box and saw that little face looking up at me I actually SCREAMED. My husband thought something was wrong lol. The little card inside made me tear up too. Its so much cuter in person than the pictures, the glass part has this beautiful texture and you can tell its not some cheap Amazon junk. Cant wait for tonight to hang it outside!!!

Not gonna lie I thought my wife was crazy spending money on solar garden lights again. We've been through maybe 6 sets from Amazon over the years and they all died by September. But these are different. It's been 3 months now, Tennessee summer, 95 degree days, thunderstorms, you name it. Still going every single night. I took this picture last night from the deck because I couldn't believe how good they look. They just turn on at dusk and glow all night. No buttons no nothing. I sit out here with my beer most evenings now just watching them. Don't tell my wife she was right.
